You might recall Julianna and Collen Wallace from Sweet Dreams Edible Cookie Dough Food Truck that they started back in 2020 during COVID. Since then  their whole lives have changed in many ways. They got married, Julianna finished nursing school and became a NICU nurse, and they added a few more kids to the mix! Julianna has always loved acai bowls as a healthy meal replacement especially during nursing school with long demanding study hours leaving her to resort to “fast food.” She always despised that Lexington lacked a good tasting acai bowl. That’s when she thought to herself, one day I’ll open an acai shop in Lexington. Fast forward a bit and i think you know how this one ends! She couldn’t be more excited as a local to her small community to bring her dream to life! As your neighbors, they are driven to create a welcoming space where community comes first. Their goal is serve fresh, healthy food that brings people together.
